What is Sensipets?

Sensipets is a browser-based virtual pet community. You adopt and raise pets, tend a garden, fish, trade with other players, post in forums, and compete in contests. It runs entirely in your browser — no install needed.

Is Sensipets free?

Yes. Sensipets is free to play during the alpha. There's an optional cash shop with cosmetic items and a donate-to-support page, but nothing required to play.

How do I sign up?

Click Sign Up in the top right and enter your email. We'll send a magic link — click it from your inbox and you're in. You can also sign in with Google.

I didn't get the magic link email.

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there after a few minutes, request a new link from the sign-in page. If it still doesn't arrive, email support@sensipets.com with the address you used.

How do I adopt a pet?

After signing up and choosing a username, onboarding hands you your first pet. Once you're in the game, you can adopt additional pets at Moonmoss Haven on a weekly cycle.

What does "alpha" mean?

Alpha means Sensipets is still being built. Most systems work, but balance is being tuned, some features are intentionally early, and things may occasionally break. Player feedback is what drives the priority list.

Where do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Post in the forums for open ideas, file a Ticket Counter ticket in-game for bugs, or email support@sensipets.com for anything sensitive. See the Feedback page for direct links.

How does AI fit into Sensipets?

We use AI to help with code, art, and content. We're explicit about where it shows up — see the AI Transparency section on the About page. AI is a collaborator, not a replacement for community.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email support@sensipets.com from the address tied to your account and we'll handle the deletion. We follow the data-handling rules in the Privacy Policy.

What browsers are supported?

Any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — on desktop or mobile. Mobile polish is on the roadmap, so a few screens look better on desktop today.
