The Ticket Counter is where tickets turn into things. Tess keeps two shelves: prizes, which land in your inventory, and permanent upgrades, which raise a capacity for good.

Permanent upgrades are the deeds that expand storage — inventory, wardrobe, vault, and store listings — plus the Pet Collar. Using one applies its slots immediately, and they stack with the capacity your bank account type or membership already gives you.
Prizes rotate. A retired prize leaves the counter rather than the game, so an item you already own stays yours.

- Where do tickets come from?
- The Cash Shop is the main source, and they are a separate balance from SensiCoins. Playing also pays them out: achievement levels, pet requests, contest prizes, occasion gifts, and the last days of the daily login cycle all grant tickets.
- What can I spend tickets on?
