Terms of Service — Sensipets

Welcome to Sensipets. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sensipets website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; not to attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service or other accounts without authorization; not to upload unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content; and not to use the Service to send spam or to scrape data outside of the bounds of any documented API.

3. User content

You retain ownership of content you post to the Service (forum posts, character art, pet descriptions, etc.). By posting, you grant Sensipets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we believe poses a risk to other users.

4. Purchases & virtual items

The Service may offer virtual currency, items, or subscriptions for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual items have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the Service.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (e.g., content license for already-posted material, dispute resolution) survive.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensipets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will present the updated Terms in-app and require acceptance before continued use. The date at the top of this document is the effective date of the current version.
