About Sensipets
Sensipets is a cozy browser pet world built around lasting companions, shared discovery, and a community that helps shape what comes next. We’re currently in beta, which means everything you see is evolving alongside the people who use it.
Our approach
We build Sensipets in the open: design decisions are debated in the forums, balance changes ship with news posts, and the beta tag stays on until the world feels right.
AI transparency
AI assists with parts of the code, art, media, and writing, while people set the direction and remain accountable for what ships. Our dedicated transparency guide explains where it helps, how review works, and where to report an output that misses the mark. Read how Sensipets uses AI.
Brightworks brings that collaboration into the game: players direct an original collectible, AUSTIN develops visual treatments and catalog copy, and every selected item is reviewed for originality, safety, image quality, and fit with Sensipets before delivery. Read the Brightworks guide for the full process.
Get involved
Test new features, share honest feedback, help squash bugs, and imagine what’s next. Every voice helps shape what Sensipets becomes.
Common questions
Is Sensipets free?
Yes. You can adopt a pet, play every game, garden, fish, cook, trade, and take part in the community without paying anything. There is an optional shop and a supporter subscription, but nothing behind them is required to play.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Sensipets runs in your browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. There's no app to install and no plugin.
Will my pet die if I stop playing?
No. Pets don't starve and gardens don't wither while you're away. You can leave for a week — or a year — and pick up where you left off.
How old do I need to be?
You need to be at least 13 to create an account. We ask for your date of birth once at sign-up to confirm it, and it's never shown on your profile.
How much time does it take?
As little as five minutes. There are no daily quotas, no energy meters, and no streaks you can break. Some things — plants growing, shops restocking — tick along on their own while you're gone.
