Before you commission
Brightworks turns one original idea into a catalog-ready Sensipets collectible. Start with the subject, shape, mood, colors, and details, then choose whether AUSTIN should make decor, a toy, plushie, or balloon, then choose its fabrication tier.
Commission loop
- 1Choose the type and write the briefChoose decor, toy, plushie, or balloon, then describe one clear original item idea.
- 2Choose the fabrication tierInteractive 2-star and 3-star tiers improve happiness and durability for an added Ticket cost. Decor is always non-interactive and 1-star.

- 4Review and confirmCheck the final price before spending Tickets. The type, brief, fabrication tier, and references lock when fabrication starts.
- 5Compare 3 treatmentsReturn when notified, open the saved work order, and choose the visual treatment that best matches the idea.
- 6Refine the catalog copyMake small edits to the chosen name, material composition, and description before final review.
- 7Receive the first editionApproved work is delivered to your collection as a user-bound first edition and remains visible in finished work-order history.
Work orders and recovery
Work orders update automatically through fabrication, curation, your choice, final review, and delivery. You can leave Brightworks at any time and return without losing the saved brief or current stage.
If fabrication is interrupted, open the order to retry it or return the full commission price. Brightworks keeps failed Tickets accounted for instead of leaving an order in an unknown state.

FAQ
- What does a Brightworks commission include?
- A commission starts at 150 Tickets for decor, 200 for a toy, or 250 for a plushie or balloon. Interactive 2-star and 3-star tiers add 50 or 100 Tickets. Every order presents 3 visual treatments.
- Is the finished item exclusive to me?
- You receive the user-bound first edition and public creator credit. The item may later be placed in an NPC store rotation so unbound copies can enter the wider economy.
- What rarity will my item be?
- Each work order uses the catalog's rarity weights. The range is Uncommon–Ultra Rare at 1 star, Semi-Rare–Ultra Rare at 2 stars, and Rare–Ultra Rare at 3 stars. Higher stars also improve interactive-item mechanics.
- What happens if fabrication or review fails?
- An interrupted fabrication can be retried from the saved work order or refunded in full. If a commission cannot pass originality, safety, quality, or world-fit review, its full Ticket cost is returned.
