Guide plants through water-shaped stages, discover variants, and earn Bloom Tokens.

How plants grow

  1. 1PlantStarter plots unlock automatically. Choose an owned seed and optionally apply fertilizer before planting.
  2. 2Water each stageMeet the displayed minimum water requirement so the next growth check can advance the plant. The controls stop at the stage maximum.
  3. 3Shape the variantDifferent water totals across Sprout, Growing, and Mature stages can lead to different plant variants.
  4. 4Harvest before rotClaim the mature crop before its species-specific countdown ends to earn the crop, Gardening XP, and Bloom Tokens.

Fertilizer, tokens, and the Almanac

Fertilizer is selected only while planting and shortens the entire growth schedule. Bloom Tokens buy seeds, fertilizer, and later plot expansions at the Sunpatch Shop. The Almanac records every discovered plant plus its harvest and rot history, while eligible plant items can be composted for more tokens.

FAQ

Can I overwater a plant?
No. Each stage has a maximum water band, and the Water action stops there. Different totals can still lead to different variants.
When can I use fertilizer?
Choose fertilizer while planting. It shortens that plant's growth schedule and cannot be added or swapped later.
What happens if a mature plant rots?
You lose the crop, but rot still awards Bloom Tokens and records progress in the Almanac.
