Voltgrim Wisp

Born where a cauldron's last spark met a drifting spirit, the Voltgrim Wisp crackles with ghostly electric energy and floats about in a vaguely humanoid shape, its solid pale-green form flickering at the edges. It likes to poke curious fingers at lanterns and zap them brighter, just to feel helpful.
