Violet Pepper Fish Nibbles

With no proper station to speak of, I flash-seared flaky fish fillet and diced purple bell pepper right on a hot skillet, skewered them together, and called it genius improvisation. The rare violet peppers turn a gorgeous plum color when they hit the heat, wrapping the fish in a sweet, smoky crunch.
