Tidewhisk Glimmerkoi

Born where wing-fish once skimmed the waves and water-kitties learned to dissolve into rivers, this creature swims through air as easily as sea, its translucent body glowing faintly like moonlit foam. It carries no fins nor wings, only a coiling watery trail that drips soft light behind it.
