Born of rain-soaked whiskers and sky-borne plumes, this humanoid figure walks with water always dripping harmlessly from its fingertips, a faint light humming beneath its solid sapphire skin. Legends say it once had wings, but chose instead to keep both feet — and its curiosity — on the ground.
