Tidelume Nix

Born where cauldron-steam meets shallow tide pools, this small humanoid waterling has smooth teal skin and a calm, solid sheen instead of fins or scales. It hums faint bubbling tunes it half-remembers from a sprite's old brew, though no real magic ever sparks.
