Sparkwing Vix

Born of a static-charged fox-kit and a plumage-proud bird, this fleet little vixen sprouted a pair of feathered wings that crackle faintly gold at the tips. Striped like a lightning-struck sky, it loops in short glowing arcs before landing with a happy yip.
