Seared Steak Mushroom Galette

A free-form pastry crust cradles thick slices of seared T-bone steak laid over a bed of sautéed Water Mushrooms, their blue caps wilted into an earthy, glistening sauce. The whole thing was assembled on a whim and somehow came together beautifully — rustic, hearty, and deeply satisfying.
