Puddlepiico

Born from a rain-soaked mew and a jewel-tailed bird, this plump little avian always looks freshly dipped in a puddle, its feathers slicked blue and shining though never truly wet. It cannot fly, but it dabbles happily at pond's edge, humming soft watery notes.
