Coconut Fudge Ripple Terrine

Chef Roux layered slabs of coconut ice dream bar and fudge ripple ice cream into a rustic log-shaped terrine, then rolled the whole thing in toasted coconut flakes for a snowy finish. Sliced thick and served on a chilled bamboo board, each piece shows gorgeous striped fudge swirls against creamy coconut white.
