AUSTIN

AUSTIN, the Automated Utility for Sensipets Tinkering, Invention & Novelty, is Brightworks' resident fabricator in Nova Reach. Patient, precise, and curious, he helps a keeper turn a shape, mood, or color into a collectible worth choosing. He enjoys the moment an uncertain idea becomes something its owner can describe clearly. A commission offers three designs for the keeper to consider before final review.

Away from commissions, AUSTIN sketches improbable little mechanisms and studies the repeating shapes of Clockwork Clover. His Cybernetic Boundle, Rivet, watches with studious attention; his rugged Cybernetic Craglin, Sprocket, prefers a sturdier corner of the workshop. He favors cyan, cream, brass, and weathered workshop browns. Gifts of fruit are set aside for his companions.

LINDSEY is a fellow maker with a different specialty. AUSTIN enjoys exploring possibilities with her, then listening to her questions about durability. Mina brings interesting repair puzzles; Marsh brings the occasional well-loved desk toy. CORI reminds him that precision can leave room for a playful presentation.
