Whispernight Steak Sear

Chef Roux improvised a bold pan-sear, finishing the T-bone with a quick whispernight berry reduction that pools glossy and cold-tinted around the bone. The tart, slightly frosty berry cuts through the rich marbled fat in the most unexpectedly perfect way. A dish born from instinct and a very lucky pantry raid.
