  I am here with an actual news post - finally! To begin, we wanted to thank everyone for their patience. Over the past few weeks we have been moving and taking a bit of time off. During this time, we have seen users continuing to join and explore what Aegis has to offer and we're excited to get back to it.

  
  

  To start it off, SensiUsers can now begin trick-or-treating! You can visit most Character pages and see what they have to offer. You can trick-or-treat once every 20hours, and it will decrease as we get closer to All Hallows' Eve. There are a LOT of new spooky items, created by our fabulous artist @Liz.

  
  

  Note: Spooky Season lasts from Oct 20th until Nov 5th.

  
  

  We have more features and fun tricks during this season so be on the look out. That is all for now, need to take a breather for the evening after adding so many items! Let us know your thoughts and happy trick-or-treating!

  Just to make it clear to other players, seems you can only trick or treat once from one character. Can't trick or treat from all of them once every cool down period.

  • You can receive a Trick or Treat bag from 1 NPC every 20 hours. (Despite this rule, the alert you get if you click Trick or Treat right after grabbing a bag states you have 18 hours instead.)

  

  
  

  • You receive a Trick or Treat bag by going to the NPC's character profile, by clicking on their name, just like you would a user.
  • Character relationships supposedly seem to affect goodie bag stats (I figure I'll do all those analysis stats after Nov 5th).
  • You can locate your relationship to an NPC on their character profile, above their pronouns.
  • You can locate the Trick or Treat option on the character's profile, above the Give Gift option.
  • Rebecca does not count as an NPC, presumably because she's a 404 character and based off the singer Rebecca Black. (for those trying to find the mystery singer on the front page)
  • Despite Linds having a relationship status, you cannot seem to obtain a trick or treat bag from her.
  • You cannot seem to receive a trick or treat bag from Zivel.
  • I assume these last two bullets are because while they're NPCs, they're not human.
  • Other NPCs that are not in charge of a shop or destination can only be found when you receive their request in the pet requests. Tip: Just copy/paste the URL of their character profile in a notepad for later use lol.
  • With the event lasting from Oct 21st - Nov 5th (not counting the 20th since there was likely little time for anyone to really see the new notice, so some of you got lucky with an extra bag), you can obtain 16 bags in total if you grab one every 20 hrs on the dot, possibly 17 or 18 if you're good at time management.
  • To my knowledge there are 10 NPCs, but not all of them give trick or treat bags (My favorite NPC, Keel, does not :<)
  • With there being over 90 new items (according to the Discord), you might be able to snag one of everything, but only if you're a subscriber. If you hoard anything else on site, you likely won't have the inventory space to hold everything so choose wisely.
