There's different colored enchanted plushies to boot of the Reaver. You found a Green one!
Whenever I find these guys in the store I buy and throw them into the Giving Garden. They're so rarely seen I feel its best to show them off in the Garden. Plus someone gets to have a lucky day... provided they know it changes their pet.
