Nevermind! Wormy turned black right after I posted this!
i've been thinking of some black foods that could be added!
interestingly, many naturally black foods are considered "fancy" so they'd probably be rare, which could help with keeping interesting colors rare!
if you remember a few years back there was a trend of making food black with charcoal, but i can't say i recommend bringing it over to sensipets given i can't find any benefits aside from turning food black. it can also nullify nutrients & medication, so maybe not the best thing to feed to your pet on the regular lol
all of this was found through quick google searches so if anything's off lmk

- Squid Ink Spaghetti - Spaghetti soaked in squid ink! Believe it or not, squid ink is edible! It's said to give the pasta a slightly fishy & sea taste.
- Black Garlic - An aged garlic that turns black. It hasn't gone bad! It's said to be sweeter and actually have some health benefits due to being full of antioxidants.
- Black Rice - There was a time when only the upper class could afford this rice. It apparently has a deep nutty flavor and is also full of antioxidants.
- Caviar - nyxlotus brought up the idea in the Discord server. Expensive fish eggs for only the most spoiled Sensipets!

I like these ideas! Personally I see nothing wrong with having the black foods be a bit more expensive to, as you mentioned, keep the interesting colours rare. And yeah, maybe the charcoal trend is something that should be left in the past XD
Other easy options, or options that could be cheaper:
-cola
-blackberries
-nori chips
-black beans (burger, burrito, paleo black bean brownies)
