Some tasty new updates

Good evening my Sensi-friends!

I have some delicious updates for Sensipets that have been coming out the past couple of days.

Bugs

  • General
    • Thanks to some of the users for bringing up the lag as a growing problem. It was a tricky ๐Ÿ› but we found it and it has been squashed! Things should always be fast and smooth; if you are noticing any weird behavior - let us know in the Forums so we can fix it!
  • Forums
    • Stability fixes, there were a few places causing the post area to not act like it was supposed to. I went through a few different areas and cleaned the code up. Should be acting better for everyone now~
    • Errors, there was a bug with showing the throttle error message. You should now see it properly and it has been lowered to allow the conversations to keep on flowing!
    • Emojis now use your computer/phones native emojis!
    • If you are a frequent poster, you will be able to edit your posts now too!

Hunger and Happiness Updates

This has been a fun topic to discuss with everyone in the forums. After thinking about the system and impacts, some changes have been made. To help me introduce those changes, I'm pleased to introduce our new resident chef and owner of Fresh Foods...Jacques!

Jacques M

~Bonjour~
Food is something I have a passion for. When Howey brought me this issue, I thought about the food pets enjoy...fresh produce, breads, and natural delicacies.

I plan on bringing some of these new cuisines and flavors to Fresh Foods so be on the look out.
It was strange though; when trying some of the new foods out on my own pets, I found that feeding the pet similarly colored items actually changed the pet! But maybe I was mistaken...

Okay - okay, that's enough Jacques. Looking forward to what you have up your sleaves with some of the food here at Sensipets!

But from a game-play perspective, food and toys should feel more impactful. Plushies that your pet plays with the most; they will enjoy more - but they may want a break between sessions. These are systems we will continue to tweak and appreciate the feedback we've received so far!

Until next time ~
