I posted this over in the Spooky Season post, but I know a lot of people likely won't read through everything there, so I'm going to toss this here so folks can dabble in it to get the best experience out of the Halloween event!
How To Trick or Treat
There are currently 9 NPCs that allow you to grab a goodie bag.

- Ophi (Toys Shop)
- Aruna (Dressing Room)
- Cy (Pet Requests)
- Cherry (Soup Kitchen)
- Liza (Beauty Counter)
- Regibold McBucks (Bank)
- Jacques M (Food Shop)
- Emilio (Book Shop)
- Tommi (Pet Creation)
Receiving Bags
- To receive a bag, you must visit their profiles by clicking on their names, and the Trick or Treat button will be above the Give Gift.
- According to Howey, bag items can be rarer depending on your relationship to a character. You will find your relationship status above their pronouns.
- Rebecca does not count as an NPC, presumably because she's a 404 character and based off the singer Rebecca Black. (for those trying to find the mystery singer on the front page)
- Additional NPC characters from the pet requests do not offer a Trick or Treat option.
- Despite Linds having a relationship status, you cannot seem to obtain a trick or treat bag from her.
- You cannot receive a trick or treat bag from Zivel.
- I assume these last two bullets are because while they're NPCs, they're not human.
Every day, the countdown timer gets lower, meaning you'll need to wait less for the ability to grab a bag. We are current at 12 hours wait.
With there being over 90 new items (according to the Discord), you might be able to snag one of everything, but only if you're a subscriber. If you hoard anything else on site, you likely won't have the inventory space to hold everything so choose wisely.
I am currently logging the items folks get from NPCs to track down the 90 items. I'll post them all here so folks can go about collecting them as needed.
