  I stopped after episode 3, but a friend who had finished it had ranted about the rest of it to me. I wound up very glad I didn't watch it. I never figured out why on earth it's popular outside of it just having mass advertisement and being a death game genre show (very popular given the pandemic, obviously. We take solace in watching terrible scenarios we know we're likely to never be involved in, and that can be measured as far worse than current day).

  
  

  I think Alice in Borderland spoiled me, and going by what my buddy said, I just didn't appreciate or find anything compelling in the characters save for two. I stopped after 3 because episode 3 is what nailed down exactly why I wasn't really entranced by it. There are good things about it for sure, such as the absolutely amazing soundtrack and the dissonance of children's games against adult fears, but overall, it just didn't grab me. :<
